Our Covid-19 Statement

To our clients,

In these challenging times there is probably no such thing as business-as-usual.  However, we wanted to let you know that we are still open and doing business.

Our approach here at Jones Battye is to continue to provide services to our clients whilst following and adhering to government advice and guidance at all times.

The safety and well-being of our staff, clients and communities is at the forefront of our minds and to that end we have instigated the following temporary measures:

Firstly, our professional staff remain in place and we are continuing to deliver services.  However, for the time being both our Cardiff and Aberdare offices are closed to visitors.  You may of course continue to contact us as normal via telephone, email, our website, Twitter or good old-fashioned post.

Our full contact details are available here https://bit.ly/3a5ug5o

And secondly, our staff are mindful of the necessary rules of hand hygiene, social distancing and the need to self-isolate if they have any symptoms.  We would also respectfully ask our clients to do the same and to tell us in advance of a site or home visit if anyone in the home is displaying symptoms or self-isolating.  Under these circumstances, for the safety of all, visits will have to be postponed.

We also plan to continue with our social media activity as it is a good way to stay connected to our local communities.  Please continue to support your local businesses wherever you can.  So many of us are self-employed and/or employ local people who depend on us.

As matters are rapidly changing, we will continue to reassess the situation.

Please stay safe and healthy. Best wishes

Jones Battye
