For over 10 years, Jones Battye has been providing specialist advice and services to Housing Associations and other corporate housing providers.

We recognise the particular needs and challenges facing this sector and have dedicated teams able to produce and manage the large volumes of surveys and data required.  We also have a wealth of experience in non-standard construction building types and their management.

We currently hold contracts to provide stock condition surveys, kitchen and bathroom assessment surveys (including assessment for compliance with RNIB standards), garage surveys, EPC’s, party wall agreements and Right-to-Buy valuations with a number of large housing providers.
