Jones Battye undertakes a wide range of RICS Valuations on all types of property for many different purposes. You may not necessarily wish to sell your property but require an impartial and realistic valuation of your asset.

We carry out valuations for Inheritance Probate, Divorce and Separation of Assets, Property Portfolios, the Help to Buy – Wales Scheme or as part of an RICS Home Survey Report.
