We recognise the particular needs and challenges facing this sector and have dedicated teams able to produce and manage the large volumes of surveys and data required.  We also have a wealth of experience in non-standard construction building types and their management.

We have provided stock condition surveys, kitchen and bathroom assessment surveys (including assessment for compliance with RNIB standards), garage surveys, EPC’s, party wall agreements and Right-to-Buy valuations for a number of large housing providers.
