Updated Covid 19 Statement

Throughout the crisis we have strived to remain open for business and to provide services to clients, albeit in a reduced capacity. We are therefore delighted that due to an easing of restrictions, we are now able to provide home movers with professional advice once again.

Following the partial re-opening of the Welsh housing market on 22 June 2020, we will be offering home surveys again, in strict accordance with current government regulations and RICS guidance and advice.

The safety and well-being of our staff, clients and communities continues to be at the forefront of our mind and to that end, we have introduced new measures aimed at reducing the risk of transmission of the virus including the following:

Our surveyors are not permitted to enter a property where a member of the household is showing symptoms of coronavirus or self-isolating. In this case, a survey would have to be postponed.

Our surveyors will follow the physical distancing in the workplace guidance to minimise contact with the household. This will include asking the household to vacate the property during the duration of the property inspection and survey.

When booking an appointment to inspect a property, our administration team will be required to ask the vendor/occupier several important pre-inspection health questions and to make some practical requests.

Although these additional mandatory questions and checks may take a bit of extra time, they are especially important to further ensure the safety of our staff and to minimise the potential risk of infection. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.
