MRICS / AssocRICS / MCIOB Building Surveyor Wanted to Join the Team
£30,000 – £40,000 pa

We are an established, independent and friendly practice seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor (RICS or CIOB qualified) with a professional Contract Administration background to join the team in South Wales.
The successful individual will undertake wide ranging Contract Administration for an established client dealing mainly with residential property, plus other building surveying work as required. The role is based in our Aberdare office. Whilst most of the work is in and around South Wales, some travel to other parts of Wales is also necessary.
Key requirements include:
MRICS / AssocRICS / MCIOB qualified
3+ years industry experience
Experience of Contract Administration and Project Management
Proven ability to produce measured surveys, floor plans, specifications and schedules of work
Good IT skills including Excel and CAD
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organisational ability
In return, the successful individual will receive:
£30,000 – £40,000 pa,
25 days holiday
