The successful individual will undertake wide ranging Building Surveying duties for an established client dealing mainly with residential property. The role is a permanent, full-time position based at our Aberdare office with some home-working as required. Whilst most of the work is in and around South Wales, some travel to other parts of Wales and the South West of England is also necessary.

Key requirements include:

A Higher Level Qualification in Building Surveying (or working towards this)

Ideally 3+ years industry experience

Experience of Contract Administration and Project Management would be beneficial

Proven ability to produce high quality measured surveys, floor plans, specifications and schedules of work

Good IT skills including Excel and CAD

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organisational ability

In return, the successful individual will receive:

£30,000 – £40,000 pa depending upon experience plus performance bonus

25 days holiday pa
